Refund Policy

The ChartMods extension and its 17 live backgrounds are free, so you can try everything before paying for anything.

Paid plans

If a paid plan isn't for you, email support@chartmods.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.

After 14 days, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period; that period isn't refunded unless the law where you live requires it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
