These terms apply to the ChartMods browser extension, any paid ChartMods plan and chartmods.com (together, "ChartMods"). By installing or using ChartMods you agree to them.

The product

ChartMods displays decorative backgrounds behind TradingView charts. It is a cosmetic tool. ChartMods is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView, Inc. Because TradingView can change its website at any time, a TradingView update may temporarily affect ChartMods; we work to fix issues quickly but can't guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.

Not financial advice

Nothing in ChartMods is financial advice. Backgrounds, including market-themed ones, are decoration and show no real market data. You are responsible for your trading decisions.

Your content

Images and videos you add stay on your computer. You're responsible for having the right to use them.

Paid plans

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change affects your renewal. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use ChartMods. Don't resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer ChartMods' paid content, or share paid access beyond the computers your plan allows.

No warranty

ChartMods is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ChartMods is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses, arising from your use of the product.
